1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of tccsg.org, also reached at tccsolutionsgroup.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TCC Solutions Group LLC, also referred to as TCC Solutions Group or TCCSG. By contacting us or using this site you also agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

2. What this site is

This site describes who we are and the kind of work we do. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of any particular result, or professional advice you should rely on for your own decisions without speaking to us first.

3. Services and separate agreements

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work covering scope, price, timing and responsibilities. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers. Booking a call through this site does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. If you apply to our referral partner program, the Partner Program Terms you accept at application govern your participation in the program and control over these terms for it.

4. Our products and the partner program

PlateHaven (platehaven.app) is a product built and operated by TCC Solutions Group LLC. It is governed by its own terms and privacy notice published on that site, not by these terms.

The partner program is described on this site for information. Nothing here is an offer. A partner relationship exists only after you accept the Partner Program Terms and we approve you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to copy or scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, logos and marks of TCC Solutions Group LLC, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use our name and logos to suggest an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to services we do not control, including Calendly for scheduling. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCC Solutions Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state courts located in El Dorado County, California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the current version always appears on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Changes to the Partner Program Terms are made as those terms provide.
